Requirements

Undergraduate

Before you begin with your application, please be ready with an electronic or scanned copy (in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format and must not exceed 500 kilobytes in size) of the following requirements for upload on this portal. You may use a mobile phone to take a photo of a required document.

    • If you are a graduating senior high school student:
      • Recent ID picture (2×2, high resolution, white background)
      • Certified True copy of the Form 137 until Grade 11
      • Grade 12 Report Card (with complete grades from 1st semester)
      • Certification from school stating your rank in Grade 11 class (optional)
      • Certificate of Grade Equivalency from the Department of Education (for foreign students)
    • If you are a senior high school graduate and has not enrolled in a tertiary school or university:
      • Recent ID picture (2×2, high resolution, white background)
      • Certified True copy of the Form 137 until Grade 12
      • Certification from school stating your rank in the list of graduates (optional)
      • Certificate of Grade Equivalency from the Department of Education (for foreign students)

Undergraduate Admission

  • High School graduates seeking admission to degree and non-degree education must pass the
  • MSU-SASE.
    MSU-SASE will be held every September or November, results will be posted sometime in January or February next year.
    Transferees from within the MSU System can be automatically admitted if his/her SASE rating is above 90, otherwise he/she has to take the MSU-IIT College Admission Test (MCAT).
